Goods must however, be returned unused, in their original packaging for a full refund to be made. If the goods are not this condition then we charge a restocking fee which takes into account the devaluation of the goods due to use/damage and an administrative cost.
If orders are cancelled before shipping, a full refund minus an administrative cost of 6% of the order value is given. This is to take into account bank charges that we have to pay to process the original payment.
Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
If you do not receive a product, you must let us know within 10 days of placing your order, otherwise we cannot send a replacement.
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
