Directions: For internal use, mix 1 teaspoon with 1 litre of water, 3-4 times a day
External Use:
For a cooling, soothing effect on burns and bruises gently apply mixture to affected area. Cover with a wet cloth or water mist so clay does not dry. Rinse until no trace of clay remains or remove with a wet cloth.
As a facial mask, mix clay with water to create a paste and then apply a thin layer to entire face and neck. Allow mask to almost dry, then remove with a wet cloth. Rinse with warm water splashes until no trace of mask remains.
For bites or stings, mix clay with water to make a paste, then apply directly to skin for a drawing effect. Rinse before clay is completely dried.
